| 深圳深岩燃气有限公司(原名深圳岩谷液化石油气有限公司)是1991年6月由中国石油化工股份有限公司深圳分公司与香港成佳恒投资有限公司共同组建。是首家在中国专营液化石油气的中外合资企业。注册资本7，092，800美元，于1994年9月正式投产运行，公司位于深圳市蛇口东角头，占地面积18，000平方米，依山傍海，风景怡人。主要经营进口的液化石油气，是液化石油气储存、生产、销售的基地，其产品主要用于居民生活、餐饮、陶瓷、喷漆、发胶、烘干、烧结、加热等化工行业。自开业以来，公司连续跻身全国十大LPG进口商。
“深岩燃气”自开业以来，连续多年荣获深圳海关评定的《信得过企业》；深圳海关评定的“纳税大户先进企业”；被中国工商银行深圳市分行信用评估委员会和深圳市格阑信息咨询公司评定为“AAA”级资信企业；深圳市资信评估公司评定为“AAA”信用等级；连续荣获深圳市技术监督局评定的《计量、质量信得过企业》和深圳市交通局运输安全先进单位及消防安全管理先进单位。1999年，公司通过了ISO14000环境管理体系认证，成为全国液化气行业首家通过环境管理体系认证的企业。
“深岩燃气”设备先进、技术力量雄厚，有一批从事液化石油气的专门人才，以“团结、创新、敬业、诚信、安全”为企业精神，凭优质的产品质量、良好的售后服务，赢得客户的青睐。拥有液化石油气专用码头1个，可停靠3，000吨液化石油气槽船，气库总储存能力为3，300立方米。独资和合资的三级站、供应站有14个，分布在深圳市、广州市、东莞市和惠州市，形成了从码头、三级站到终端用户一套完善的销售网络系统。公司同时服务于700余家工业气用户，拥有覆盖500万市民的瓶装气市场。

SHENZHEN SHENYAN GAS CO .,LTD.(Previous LPG CO.,LTD.) name was SHENZHEN IWATAN was established
in June 1991 and is held by .SHENYAN GAS is located at Dongjiaotou,Shekou
in Shenzhen City,enjoying beautiful scenery besides the
sea and mountains.As the first LPG joint-venture in China,dealing
in LPG products imported from Saudi Arabia and other countries,it
started the business operation in September 1994.Its land
coverage is 18,000 square meters and its registered capital
is US$ 7,092,800.Products being used for people's life,dining,ceramics,spray
paint,hair spray,dryness,heating and other chemical industries,SHENYAN GAS now serves as an improtant base of LPG storage,production
and distribution in the area.
Ever since SHENYAN GAS went into operation,it
has been entitled of "Credible Enterprise"and
"Important Tax Payer"by Shenzhen Customs.It's
also been rated as "AAA" Credible Enterprise
by China Industrial & Commercial Bank,Shenzhen Credit
Standing Assessment Committee,and Shenzhen Gelan Information
Consultants Company.Shenzhen Credit Standing Assessment
Company awarded it "AAA" Rating.Shenzhen Technology
Supervision Bureau has repeatedly honored it as "Advanced
Unit"in firefighting and metrology.In 1999,SHENYAN GAS became the first LGP corporation in China that
has passed the certification of ISO14000.
